Borough Services The Borough employs approximately 40 employees. The Borough's main office at 110 East 10th Street, is the central headquarters for all services offered directly by the Borough government. Those services include: police, road maintenance, snow and ice control, storm sewer maintenance, water and sewer system operation and maintenance, maintaining parks and recreational facilities, center, recycling container, inspection services, code enforcement, planning services, and all other administrative services.
