Zoning Permit Application - Fill out this form to obtain a Zoning permit from the Borough.
UCC Construction Permit (Building Permit Application) - Fill out this form to obtain a building permit from the Borough.
Zoning Hearing Board Appeal Application - If you apply for a zoning permit and are DENIED, you have the right to an appeal. This document is the Borough form required to schedule a Zoning hearing.
Possible Inspections for UCC (Building) Permits - This document contains a FULL list of inspections associated with a UCC Building Permit. When your UCC Building permit is issued, BIA will provide a list of the inspections required for your project. The scope of your project determines which inspections are required.
SALDO Subdivision and Land Development Application - If your project involves multiple lots, buildings or improvements this application may be required. Check with the Borough BCO to see if your project meets the requirements for a SALDO application.
Application for Public Water Service - If your project will include tapping into our public water system this application MUST be completed.
Application for Public Sewer Service - If your project will include tapping into our public sewer system this application MUST be completed.
