How can I obtain a copy of a police report?

A report involving (2) two or more parties requires a subpoena. If you are seeking a police report, please contact the Chief of Police at (570) 325-4995 ext. 322 so he can explain the process of obtaining a copy. A fee of $15.00 dollars applies for each report copy.
