Police Testing for Full-Time Police Officer Position!

The Borough of Jim Thorpe will be accepting applications to establish a civil service list through civil service testing for the position of full-time Police Officer for the Jim Thorpe Police Department. The applicant must be ACT 120 certified to apply for this position. Applications may be obtained at the Borough/Police Office, 101 East Tenth Street, Jim Thorpe Pa 18229, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30am to 4:00pm. There will be a $50.00 (non-refundable) application fee due with the returned application. Applications must be returned in person. The Position of full-time Police Officer will be filled once the civil service testing is complete EOE
