AUXILIARY POLICE UNIT

The Jim thorpe Police Department would like to start a "voluntary auxiliary police unit". This is an all volunteer position that would support the Jim Thorpe Police Department with traffic and crowd control at community events, parades, fires, auto accidents and other emergencies. Requirements for the position include having attained 18 years of age and a resident of the Borough of Jim Thorpe.
