LEAD LINE INVENTORY

Recently a flyer was sent out to each home with a water service provided by the borough.  The purpose of this flyer is to provide a web link to a GIS Survey.  This survey helps the Water Department gather the data for the mandated Lead and Copper Inventory set forth by The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and therefore DEP (Department of Environmental Protection).  The borough is required to submit this data by fall of this year.   In order to stay within compliance, we are doing our best to complete it on time.  Your individual assistance with the survey for the homeowner’s side is greatly appreciated.  If you need assistance, please contact the Borough Office during normal business hours at 570-325-3025 ext 1.  We will be happy to assist you in any manner necessary.
